This report was commissioned by Innovate UK as part of a wider project into unlocking investment into local net zero projects across the UK. It has used engagement with investors and local net zero projects, and has also used insights from Working Group sessions with key stakeholders across a range of organisation types (including Local Authorities and financial institutions). This report is the result of that engagement and desk-based research and analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
