The Committee’s Fourth Report of Session 2019–21

The authors introduce their responses with: “As a group of research and policy specialists focused on resilience, we welcome this important inquiry. Recent events have reiterated how pressing the issue of flooding is in England, not least for affected communities and businesses, and it is essential that urgent action is taken to build resilience.
