Letter from Bob Ward written in response to a statement made by Viscount Ridley in the House of Lords on 30th January 2018. The letter sets out to correct the claim by Viscount Ridley that “the consensus among climate economists and, indeed, in the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, is that the economic impacts will be positive”.
