Judith is a senior policy fellow at the Just Transition Finance Lab<\/path><\/svg><\/a> at the Grantham Research Institute focusing on financial instruments and metrics for just transition finance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Background<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Prior to joining the Institute, Judith Tyson was a research fellow and associate at ODI Global, specializing in climate finance, mobilisation of private finance and financial development with a focus on developing economies. She has led policy advisory work for the UK’s Independent Commission for Aid Impact, the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, British Investments International, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa as well as various private investors, national governments and central banks. Before her tenure at ODI, Judith was a senior investment banker and Asia board member at JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank. She holds a PhD and Master’s in Economics from SOAS University of London and a Masters in Climate Science and Policymaking from King’s College London. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
