Michal is CEO and Co-founder of Instrat<\/path><\/svg><\/a>. He is an expert in areas of public policy, energy and climate policy, power market modelling, energy and coal mining sectors, and open data. Michal is co-author of research and strategic documents on just transition in coal regions, data governance, public finance and taxation systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michal studied at SGH Warsaw School of Economics in Poland (Finance and Accounting), at University of Cologne in Germany and St. Gallen University in Switzerland (Economics).
