Jodi-Ann is a Research Fellow working at the intersection of sustainable finance policy and climate justice, focusing on national and international just transition policies and the global financial architecture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Background<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Prior to joining the Grantham Research Institute, Jodi-Ann was a climate policy specialist at the UN-supported Principles for Responsible Investment, working closely with governments and financial institutions on implementing the regulatory frameworks and actions needed to align financial flows with the goals of the Paris Agreement. With a background in International Development and a focus on South-South climate politics, Jodi-Ann has previously held roles at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, The China Global South Project, and the Ghana Ministry of Youth and Sports. Her work has supported grassroots and international position-building across multilateral climate negotiations, and she writes and speaks regularly on the just transition and the political economy of climate finance across a range of public and policy-facing platforms. In addition to her work at the Grantham Research Institute, Jodi-Ann is a DPhil (PhD) candidate in International Development at the University of Oxford, researching making and effects of disaster financing in Caribbean small island states.
