Cristobal is an LSE Fellow in Environmental Economics at the Department of Geography and Environment of the LSE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Background<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Cristobal’s research provides policy insights for protecting the environment, human health and the economy. Cristobal has conducted a field-based randomized control trial (RCT) behavioural intervention for reducing air pollution from wood burning. In addition, he has conducted empirical analysis estimating the co-benefits of renewable energy investments on improved air quality and health outcomes and has examined the association of chronic air pollution exposure and COVID-19 mortality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
