Jade leads the strategic and operational development of CETEx, advising senior leadership and helping to shape the Centre’s priorities, processes and ways of working. She oversees all core operational functions—including finance, HR, procurement, development and compliance—and manages the Centre’s professional services team, working closely with GRI administration to ensure effective delivery. Jade has particular responsibility for the organisational systems that underpin CETEx, and budgeting and financial oversight, with a focus on staffing and overall grant administration. She also plays a central role in strengthening governance and relationships across the Centre, supporting clear communication flows and the smooth coordination of activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jade is an LSE alumna. She previously worked at LSE’s International Growth Centre (IGC) (2015–2017) and later at the Grantham Research Institute (2021–2026). Between these roles, she was involved in malaria programme operations at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI). Jade holds double MSc in International Affairs and History from the London School of Economics and Peking University, and a BA in International Relations from the University of British Columbia.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\n
