Arnaud worked on the Climate Change Laws of the World<\/path><\/svg><\/a> project – the most comprehensive global resource on climate legislation and policy. He carried out analysis and research on newly passed laws, assesses GHG targets set out in these documents and contributes to the database’s development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Background<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Prior to his role at the Grantham Research Institute, Arnaud worked at the Council on Hemispheric Affairs (USA), the Janaagraha Centre for Democracy and Citizenship (India) and the French Department for Energy and Climate. He was for two years an operations analyst at KiWi Power, the UK’s leading demand response aggregator.Arnaud is also a PhD researcher at Imperial College London based at the Public Health Policy Evaluation Unit, School of Public Health. He joined Imperial after his MSc in Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment at University College London. Arnaud also holds an MA in International Relations and a Diploma in Latin American Studies from the Lyon Institute of Political Studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
