John Ward is an independent consultant focusing on the economics of climate change and sustainability.<\/p>\n

Background<\/h3>\n
John is an experienced economist who has spent the last 10 years working on the economics of climate change and sustainability. Until August 2018, John was Managing Director at the economics consultancy, Vivid Economics, where he helped to build a 50-person strong team that has a core focus on climate change. Much of John’s work focuses on the intersection of climate and development, as well as on climate policy. John has a BA in Philosophy Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and a MSc in Economics from University College London.<\/p>\n
