Tim worked as a postdoctoral research assistant with Luca Taschini <\/a>and Charles Palmer<\/a> on the NORAD funded project, ‘Developing an options market and complementary financial structures to mobilise private capital for REDD+ and manage climate policy risks’.<\/p>\n

The project was conducted in collaboration with the Environmental Defence Fund and IIASA.<\/p>\n

Tim moved on to become a Post-Doctoral Research Associate, CERMES at University of the West Indies.<\/p>\n

Background<\/h3>\n

Tim previously completed his PhD at LSE. His research title was ‘Assessing the impact of institutional conditions upon programme design for reducing emissions from deforestation and degradation’.<\/p>\n

Tim has a BA in Economics from the University of Nottingham and an MA in Development Economics from the University of Sussex.<\/p>\n

He has worked at the Environmental Protection Agency of Guyana<\/path><\/svg><\/a> as an ODI fellow and as a Research Assistant in the Electricity Policy Research Group<\/path><\/svg><\/a> in Cambridge.<\/p>\n
