Tobias currently works at the OECD, which he joined through the Young Professionals Programme in 2019. At the OECD, Tobias works on empirical evaluations of environmental policies.<\/p>\n

Tobias holds a PhD in Environmental Economics from the LSE. His PhD research focused on low-carbon innovation, competitiveness and environmental policy evaluations using firm-level data. He also worked on distributional topics of environmental policies. Tobias holds an MSc and BSc from the LSE.<\/p>\n
