This commentary series is coordinated by the Grantham Research Institute’s climate law and governance team<\/a>, exploring corporate climate litigation and the boundaries and interactions between science, the law and policy. The series contains contributions from legal scholars, economists and other social scientists, reviewed by practising lawyers. It is co-hosted with the Global School of Sustainability<\/a> at LSE. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The commentaries address pressing questions, highlight areas for future research and explore potential ways forward, providing timely and practical insights. The series is designed for stakeholders ranging from lawyers to regulators, investors and others seeking clarity in the rapidly evolving landscape of corporate climate responsibility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
