Professor Grubb summarises the key arguments in his book, co-authored with Professors Hourcade and Neuhoff, assessing lessons from 20 years of debate on technology, economic dimensions of global energy and environmental problems from corresponding policy efforts.<\/p>\n

Michael Grubb is Professor of International Energy and Climate Change Policy at University College London, (Institute of Sustainable Resources), editor-in-chief of the journal Climate Policy, and Senior Advisor on Sustainable Energy Policy to the UK Energy Regulator Ofgem.<\/em><\/p>\n
