Hosted in collaboration with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)<\/strong> and the Grantham Research Institute at LSE<\/strong>, the event will examine how strategic investment in bioeconomy solutions—across land, livelihoods, and infrastructure—can strengthen macro-fiscal stability and drive inclusive, climate-aligned development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The session will bridge 2 critical streams of work: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. New research by NatureFinance and the Inter-American Development Bank on the bioeconomy–climate nexus and its policy-finance implications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Ongoing efforts and initiatives to integrate nature and climate risks into macroeconomic, credit, and investment frameworks, including the Bioeconomy Finance Hub for Africa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
