In a world beset by a global pandemic and an existential climate change emergency, Executive Secretary of UN Climate Change Patricia Espinosa will provide her vision for 2021 and discuss why this year’s global climate change negotiations, or COP26, will play a crucial role with respect to addressing climate change, building forward from COVID-19 and reinforcing the very concept of multilateralism itself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
