As climate change intensifies\, the issues of climate justice loom ever larger.  Who owes what to whom as we confront more climate disasters as well as the rising costs of mitigation and adaptation?  Sachs will discuss various ethical approaches to these issues\, and propose a practical framework for implementing global climate justice.
