Davide is a Fellow in Economic Geography since September 2019. He holds a PhD in International Economics from the Graduate Institute in Geneva and a MSc in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University.
His research interests are in the fields of international trade and economic development, with a particular focus on global value chains and firms. His most recent works include research on the role of costumer base in exporters’ dynamics, the effect of Brexit on firms’ internationalisation and on the relationship between preferential trade agreements and multinational production.
Before joining the LSE, Davide collaborated as a consultant with the OECD and UNCTAD on projects focused on global value chains, multinational enterprises and economic development.
