About me

I am a critical human geographer interested in urban inequality. My doctoral thesis looks at processes of educational exclusion and its resistances in post-WWII London. This focus on urban inequality is reflected in my broader research interests incorporating postcolonial geographies; geographies of race and racism; non-formal education; cultural geography; and urban studies. I completed my undergraduate degree in Geography at King’s College London and a postgraduate degree in Urban Studies at University College London.
