I joined the PhD programme at LSE after completing the MSc in Economics (with distinction) at LSE. My teaching experience includes Macroeconomic principles (EC210) and Introduction to Mathematics for postgraduate students. Before joining LSE, I obtained a BSc in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and worked at the Central Reserve Bank of Peru on monetary policy and international trade topics.
My research interest lies in the intersection of macroeconomics and finance. Specifically, I am interested in amplification and feedback effects between real economic problems through the financial system. Currently, I am working on how sovereign debt problems expands into the real economic activity through the banking sector.
