Jade joined CPEC in 2021 and will be working on projects across the IHR Policy Research Units in Adult Social Care and Economics of Health Systems and Interface with Social Care.
She joined CPEC from Kantar Public, where she worked as an Econometrician on several government evaluation projects. She is experienced with impact evaluation design, including the design of counterfactual selection mechanisms, and regression and segmentation analysis. Moreover, she has experience with applying these methods to data with a complex survey design and using survey methods such as weighting to account for non-response bias. During her time at The Pensions Regulator, she worked with time series data and designed regression-based forecasting models. She mainly works with the software program R, but is also experienced with SPSS, STATA and SQL.
In 2016 she obtained her MSc in Economics and Public Policy from the University of Bristol and hopes to complete a PhD in Social Statistics in future.
