Katarina is a research officer at CPEC. Her work primarily seeks to understand the characteristics of unpaid carers of older people and the consequences of such care. This analysis underpins a model that projects the supply of unpaid care across two decades.

Katarina holds a BA in Economics from Carleton College and an MSc in International Health Policy (Health Economics) from LSE. Prior to joining CPEC, she spent three years working on an evaluation of the Bundled Payments for Care Improvement initiative for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in Washington DC.
