Rebecca is a Postgraduate Research Fellow at LSE Cities. She is currently working on a project entitled ‘Beyond Car Ownership’ which aims to identify effective policy interventions to reduce car ownership in cities.
Prior to joining the department, she worked as a Policy Officer in local government, where she contributed to the formulation of strategies on the climate emergency and poverty reduction. She also has experience working as a Research Assistant in the Department of Education in Trinity College Dublin. Rebecca holds an MSc in International Public and Social Policy from the LSE, and a BA in Philosophy, Political Science, Economics and Sociology.
