About me

Bethany is a Researcher at LSE Cities. She initially joined the department for a Graduate Internship, following the completion of a BA in Social Anthropology. Her role centres around the delivery of the Urban Age Task Forces which are research-driven policy and public engagement activities that support sustainable urban development. She is also a Course Convenor on the LSE Cities Apprenticeship Programme in City Design which engages young adults with the construction of new public spaces.

Prior to joining the department, she worked as an Urban Development Researcher for an urban tech start-up, conducting quantitative research into London’s built environment.
