On 16 February 2017, Trade London and Confucius Institute for Business London (CIBL) held a Chinese language and culture training session for small and medium enterprises (SME’s) at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). The event was attended by more than forty representatives from various companies based in London, as well as representatives from the Trade London. CIBL China Director professor Cheng Weimin first welcomed the attendees to the event in an opening speech. CIBL deputy China director Lu Hong then gave a lecture named Chinese Business Negotiation Style. Dr. Zhicheng gave the trainees a language taster session. During the rest break the attendees practiced Tai Chi, a traditional Chinese martial art, led by CIBL deputy China director Dr. Hong Lu. The trainees, Trade London representative and CIBL staff all enjoyed this event greatly as it not only provided people with a chance to learn more about Chinese language and culture but also created networking and cooperation opportunities.
2017年2月16日， 在伦敦政经学院的New Academic Building，伦敦商务孔子学院（CIBL）和英国贸易投资署（Trade London）针对一些中小企业的高级员工进行了一场有关中文和中国文化的培训，来自不同公司的40余名代表参加了此次活动。CIBL中方院长程伟民教授诚挚欢迎了各位与会者莅临LSE，之后，CIB英方副院长卢红博士为在场学员分析介绍了中国商务文化，CIBL汉语教师董志成老师为在场学员上了汉语体验课，均深受欢迎。培训休息期间，学员们跟随CIBL执行主任卢红博士一起体验了中国传统武术——太极，大家都乐在其中。培训结束之后，各位来宾又一起共进晚餐，增进交流。
所有学员，Trade London代表以及CIBL在场人员都认为此次活动既不乏乐趣，又有很大意义，不仅为更多人提供了深入了解中国语言和中国文化的机会，与此同时也创造了更多宝贵的合作机会。
