About me

I am currently an LSE Fellow in the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science. Previously, I did my PhD research in the field of Organisational Behavior and Humanitarian Operations at the Kuehne Logistics University in Hamburg (Germany). Here, I investigated how power dynamics, leadership, and identity impact inter-organisational cooperation in humanitarian aid. To explore this, I use quantitative (multilevel regression analysis, text mining, and agent-based simulation) as well as qualitative methods. During my PhD studies, I worked as a visiting researcher at the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM). I received an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the LSE. To complement my academic education, I used to work in the communications and consultancy sector at international companies such as Kienbaum Singapore, Deutsche Bank London and Frankfurt and ZDF (German public-service television broadcaster). As a job coach, I provided immigrants with German language and application trainings.
