About me

Laura Kudrna (BSc Psychology, MSc Social Research Methods, PhD Social Policy) is currently a Research Officer on the "Happiness and Wellbeing Programme", funded by the Templeton Foundation. She co-developed a mobile phone application that tracks mood and analyses data from this app, as well as from other existing datasets such as the American Time Use Survey and the English Longitudinal Study of Ageing. Her main area of research is on the effects of social status on subjective wellbeing. She also conducts lab, field, survey and qualitative research on topics including achievement, meaningful experiences, prosocial behaviour and time use.
