Sorry seems to be the hardest word; but how and when it is worth the effort? Lars Wickes’s research targets a problem in our modern economy and investigates the role of an apology within an organisation or company. In particular, Lars is interested in the effect of an organisational apology on employee’s wellbeing after an organisational mistake or crisis.
Lars holds an MSc in Applied Psychology from the Middlesex University in London and a BSc in Social Sciences and Psychology from the University of Cologne in Germany. He joined LSE in 2017 as the Behavioural Research Lab Manager at the Department of Management after working at other academic institutions in Germany and the UK.
