About me

Jacob's research examines how quantitative and qualitative methods for measuring, understanding and improving psychosocial factors and well-being in the workplace can be improved by using intensive longitudinal methods and data feedback.

Specifically, the PhD research is concerned with investigating how agency and change are affected by employing an Experience Sampling Method with immediate feedback to employees and teams in organisations.

Jacob holds an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the LSE and a Master (cand.psych.) in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen.
