About me

Jonathan Franco is a full-time PhD candidate in International History at the LSE. Jonathan holds a dual BA in Political Science and History of the Middle East, as well as an MA in Contemporary Middle East, from the Tel Aviv University. His PhD project explores the different peacekeeping strategies employed by the United Nations vis-à-vis the Arab-Israeli Conflict, as well as the outcomes that each selected strategy brought about. Jonathan’s work is supervised by Dr Kirsten E. Schulze, an expert on the Arab-Israeli Conflict.
