Equality is a profoundly radical principle that has too often been neglected both in English law and in the law of the European Convention on Human Rights. Rabinder Singh will look at recent developments in equality law.

Rabinder Singh QC is a leading advocate and Queen's Council and is the first Asian deputy High Court Judge.
