LSE Annual Fund supports engagement with Africa (July 2012)
The LSE IDEAS Africa International Affairs Programme was supported by the Annual Fund to host a series of public events to showcase research on Africa.
LSE Annual Fund donor survey (April 2012)
In January 2012 the LSE Annual Fund conducted its first online donor survey to gain a better understanding of our donor community.
Garfield Weston support the new Students' Centre (March 2012)
The new Students' Centre is the first entirely new building in over 40 years on the LSE campus. It will transform the student experience.

Generous scholarship donation in memory of Norman Jefferies (January 2012)
Mrs Catrin Jefferies the widow of Mr Michael Glyn Jefferies shared letters from his father, Norman Jefferies, LSE alumnus and RAF POW.
The New Futures Fund (December 2011)
Thanks to the generosity of alumni and friends the LSE Annual Fund has been able to commit £150,000 a year for the next three years to the New Futures Fund to provide financial support to those who may otherwise not be able to take up their place at LSE or continue their studies.
The Wolfson Foundation donates £100,000  (September 2011)
By making a £100,000 donation to the New Students' Centre the Wolfson Foundation hopes to inspire others to support this important project.
Scholarship newsletter (September 2011)
Our regular scholarship newsletter was sent to scholarship donors in September updating them on relevant LSE news and developments.
Thank you to everyone who played their part in the Matched Funding Scheme (September 2011)
The Annual Fund has raised £2,479,415 over the three year duration of the Matched Funding Scheme thanks to support received from alumni and friends of the School.
Dahrendorf Symposium blog launched (August 2011)
In advance of the Dahrendorf Symposium a blog has been launch. The symposium is to be held in Berlin and is a major collaboration between British and German universities entitled "Changing the Debate on Europe – Moving Beyond Conventional Wisdoms".
