The Summer edition of Impact Magazine is now available online. It lists our donors as well as how their contribution has made an impact on the School. This edition has a special emphasis on the new LSE Middle East Centre.
LSE forges its first full African partnership (May 2010)
The University of Cape Town and the London School of Economics and Political Science have become official institutional partners – sealing LSE's first formal alliance with an African university.
Donors and Scholars Reception (29 April 2010)
This annual event celebrates the success of LSE's scholarship programme, and affords scholarship recipients the opportunity to share first hand how much the impact the support of donors has meant to them.
Inaugural African Initiative lecture (27 April 2010)

Mo Ibrahim Foundation gift to empower understanding of African governance (March 2010)
As a result of this gift the LSE Centre for the Study of Global Governance was able to play host to scholars and students from across the continent. The ultimate aim of this was to equip researchers with the ability to take ownership of the Ibrahim Indew of African Governance.

The winter edition of Impact Magazine shows the contribution that our supporters make to the life of the School. This edition announced amongst other news stories that Abraaj Capital have enabled the creation of private equity as a full academic discipline at LSE.

LSE unveils Rawson memorial stone (4 August 2009)
A memorial stone honouring the legacy of former senior lecturer Robert Rawson and his wife, Dilys Rawson, was unveiled Tuesday 4 August 2009 in the Atrium of the Student Services Centre at LSE.
