When and how can I book?
You need to have an LSE Summer School offer before you can book
The sooner you book the better, as Summer School residences do fill up quickly. Once you have an offer, don't delay and book accommodation from within your LSE for You account.
Breakfast included in the fee, but in the following halls, this excludes the weekends. As there is no catering at those halls, the breakfast is served on LSE campus, either in The Garrick or the Fourth Floor Restaurant.
If you're planning to attend Summer School with a friend, and you would like to share a room, please have their details ready when you book. You will need to enter your sharers' names when you make the booking, and the payment needs to come from one of you. We don't allocate sharers on a random basis.
Some rooms are available for students on a presessional language course. These take place before session one. If you would like to book a room for that time, please contact us.
To find the best accommodation option for you, please contact us to discuss your needs. A limited number of studios at Grosvenor House and some of our other halls are wheelchair accessible and some have adapted kitchen and bathroom facilities. Detailed information about accessiblity at Grosvenor House and other halls is available at disabledGo.
To cancel your booking, you need to let us know in writing. Cancellation of a study programme does not automatically mean that your accommodation is cancelled, too. Your payment will be refunded as set out in the table below. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions [PDF]
