You will be encouraged to conduct one in-depth personal styles assessment (The Saville Consulting Wave), and one 360-degree leadership skills assessment as pre-assignments. These assessment methods are included in your tuition fee, and they will act as a springboard to truly uncovering your leadership strengths. Highly interactive lectures, discussions and exercises will combine to build a comprehensive picture of your individual potential as a leader.
In addition, our instructors will use their extensive experience to review your particular development issues and challenges during the designated coaching sessions. At the end of the week, you will gain a clear and confident grasp of your leadership style along with a tailored development plan to ensure you continue to grow as you lead.

The fee for this executive course includes: all LSE tuition, two in-depth personal leadership assessments (360-degree leadership skills and the Saville Consulting Wave), all course materials, daily lunches, coffee breaks, two complimentary networking events with fellow senior participants and full office support. You will also be awarded an LSE certificate of completion at the end of the five days.
This course is not eligible for the GNAM Certificate of Excellence in Global Business.
