University Taster Course Programme

The Taster Course Programme provides year 12 sixth form students with a taste of what life at a university in London is like.  Taster Courses are free to attend and you can choose from over 100 courses in a variety of subject areas at numerous participating universities.

On 4 July 2014, LSE will hold Taster Courses in the following subject areas:

  • An Introduction to LSE and Anthropology
  • An Introduction to LSE and Geography and Environment
  • An Introduction to LSE and International History
  • An Introduction to LSE and Law
  • An Introduction to LSE and Philosophy
  • An Introduction to LSE and Sociology

Students who are selected will spend a day on campus where they will receive an introduction to LSE, a tour of the campus, and meet current students before attending individual subject taster sessions led by academics from their chosen department.

Places are limited and applications are handled on our behalf by the University of London's Taster Courses office. Therefore please do not contact LSE directly to apply for a place.
