Erasmus Freemovers

The LSE does not accept Erasmus freemovers.  Your institution will be required to have a bilateral agreement in place.  The LSE regrets that not all requests for a bilateral agreement will be approved.

Erasmus Traineeships

The LSE does not currently provide opportunities for Erasmus internships.

How to apply

  1. If you are studying at one of LSE's partner institutions and you would like to undertake an Erasmus exchange at LSE, please first contact the Erasmus Coordinator at your home institution to discuss your eligibility.
  2. Once your home institution has approved your participation in the programme, you will need to download, complete and return LSE's Erasmus Application Form (PDF) (graduate and doctoral students only; undergraduate students will need to apply via the Erasmus Coordinator at Sciences Po).
  3. When we receive your application form, LSE will process your application and contact you with a decision within two months. It is important that you receive this decision before committing to attend the School.

For further queries about the application procedure and the Erasmus programme at LSE, please contact LSE's Erasmus Coordinator:
