When can I get my results both provisional and final?
Your provisional results will be available by telephone from the end of September 2012 onwards. Please note these are provisional only and are subject to formal ratification by the School Board. Your final results will be released on LSE for you towards the end of November 2012.

When will I receive my transcript and my diploma?
Your transcript will be posted to you in early January. These come direct from the Student Course and Assessment department within the LSE and not from the Department itself. Therefore if you have any problems or concerns you should address these to Student Course and Assessment at pg-course-queries@lse.ac.uk| or alternatively you can call them on 0207 955 6620.

I have not received my transcript or my diploma, what might be the reason for this?
Firstly you should check the approximate time scales from the question above in order to ascertain if it is indeed late, remember to add on time for posting to overseas, your local postal services should be able to advise on theses time scales. If you believe it is late, this may be because you have not updated your address with the School or because you have an outstanding debt with the School. You can update your address using LSE for You, if you have updated your address later than early October that maybe too late for the main post out. In that case you should contact the Student Course and Assessment at pg-course-queries@lse.ac.uk| or alternatively you can call them on 0207 955 6620. If you are unsure whether or not you may have an uncleared debt with the School you should contact the Finance Division directly at fees@lse.ac.uk| alternatively you can call them on 0207 955 6480.

I want to order further transcripts from the School, how can I do this?
You can order further transcripts after you have received your initial one. These are ordered through LSE for you. Please see the link below for further details click here|.

I have been informed that I have a debt to the School, what could this be, what are the consequences and what can I do?
A debt can be anything from unpaid tuition fees, library fees outstanding, equipment that you loaned but did not return to the school or even a fee incurred for the re-production of a lost student card that has not been settled. It is extremely important that you do not delay in amending this situation. If you have a debt to the School you will not be able to receive any results, nor transcripts and you will not be able to graduate. If you have a debt you should contact the fees office directly for advice at fees@lse.ac.uk| alternatively you can call them on 0207 955 6480.

For how long will I be able to use my email and my H space?
You should be able to access your email and H: space up until the end of December 2012. IT services should contact you approximately 4 weeks prior to this warning you to back up what you need from your emails and H:space. The Alumni office are at present finalising their arrangement for Alumni email. It may be that you will not have an Alumni inbox but instead will have an LSE email address which will forward emails onto a private email address that you have informed the Alumni office of. I borrowed equipment from the psychology workshop, by when do I need to return it?
If you have borrowed equipment you will need to return it no later than 3 days after your Research report submission date. Failure to do so may result in you having a debt to the School which will mean that you cannot receive your results or graduate. If you have any concerns about the return of equipment please contact Steve Bennett at s.bennett@lse.ac.uk| or alternatively you can call him on 0207 955 7715.
