On Wednesday, 25 November 2009, ASEN hosted the Second Seminar in their 2009-2010 Series, 'Managing Ethno-National Conflict'.

2009-2010: Managing Ethno-National Conflict
On Tuesday, 27 October 2009, ASEN hosted the first event in its 2009-2010 Seminar Series, 'Managing Ethno-National Conflict'. The focus for this seminar concerned 'Concepts and Theories', and featured talks by Dr. John Hutchinson of the LSE ('An Introduction to Nationalism and Ethno-National Conflict') and Professor Stefan Wolff of Nottingham ('Gaps Breached and Gaps Bridged: The Theory and Practice of Managing Ethno-National Conflict').
Future Seminars in the Series will centre on case studies: Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Canada, Northern Ireland.
