Tihana's main areas of interest include provision of residential and home care services for older people in England mainly focusing on providers' motivations and relationships between local authority commissioners and care providers. She is currently working on examining changes in motivations among care home providers. Tihana is also involved in a European study that explores strategies for integrating people with disabilities into labour market. Tihana's background is in social psychology and she is currently studying a PhD in Social Policy at LSE.
