Environment and Development with special reference to environmental governance. Climate change policy; technology transfer and international investment; civil society; poverty and environment; scientific uncertainty and expertise. I am currently conducting research on environmental and climate change policy, and civil society and governance. I have conducted research in Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Burma, Laos, China and India.
