Tony Shorrocks explains the basis of Credit Suisse data and summarises the current evidence on the level, distribution and trends of household wealth in all regions and countries of the world since 2000.  

Anthony Shorrocks is the Director of Global Economic Perspectives and a Senior Research Fellow at the World Institute of Development Economics Research. 

Deborah Hardoon is the Deputy Head of Oxfam GB's Research Team and works on issues related to economic and social justice. Her current work involves data analysis, constructing indices and analysing quantitative and qualitative data, particularly in the context of inequality.

Abigal McKnight is Associate Director and Associate Professorial Research Fellow at LSE's Centre for Anaylsis of Social Exclusion (CASE).

John Hills is Chair of CASE, Co-Director of the LSE International Inequalities Institute and Richard Titmuss Professor of Social Policy, LSE.

The International Inequalities Institute (@LSEInequalities) was launched in 2015 with enthusiastic support from across the LSE. Recognising the LSE’s distinctive strengths, the III will provide co-ordination and strategic leadership on the inter-disciplinary analysis of inequalities.
