Are children’s rights enhanced or undermined by access to the internet? Charters and manifestos for the digital age are proliferating, but where do children fit in?

Sonia Livingstone (@Livingstone_S) OBE is a Professor of Social Psychology in the Department of Media and Communications at LSE and Project Director of EU Kids Online.

John Carr (@johnc1912) is a member of the Executive Board of the UK Council on Child Internet Safety, the British Government's principal advisory body for online safety and security for children and young people.

Robin Mansell (@REMVAN) is Professor of New Media and the Internet at LSE.

Nick Couldry (@couldrynick) is Professor of Media, Communications and Social Theory and Head of the Department of Media and communications at LSE.
