British Government @ LSE public seminar

This event will analyse the development of the contemporary civil service, in particular its traditions of impartiality and generalisation, the structure of central government departments and the willingness of successive governments to reconfigure Whitehall.
Kate Jenkins is Vice Chair of the LSE Court of Governors and Visiting Professor in the Government Department.
Tony Travers specialises in issues affecting local government and is Director of the Greater London Group and British Government @ LSE.
The British Government course (@LSEGovernment) (GV311) is a new Undergraduate Course with open public access. Members of the public are welcome to attend any or all of the weekly lectures or to follow the course online. The whole event and seminar package will appear online after they have been edited and upload.
