Eric Schmidt and Jared Cohen are two of the leading thinkers of our time. Jared Cohen is Director of Google Ideas and an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. Previously, he served as a member of the U.S. State Department's Policy Planning Staff and a close advisor to both Secretaries of States Condoleezza Rice and Hillary Clinton.

Eric Schmidt is the Executive Chairman of Google, where he served as CEO from 2001-2011. He is a member of President Obama's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology and is member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

For delegates who wish to obtain a CPD Certificate of Attendance, it is the responsibility of delegates to register their details with a LSE steward at the end of the event and as of 1 September 2014 a certificate will be sent within 28 days of the date of the event attended by the CPD Certification Service.
