A debate on the roles and responsibilities of arbitral institutions, arbitrators and counsel for ensuring that international arbitration remains in tune with new challenges.

Sundaresh Menon is the chief justice of Singapore and former attorneygeneral.

Jan Paulsson is LSE visiting professor and president of ICCA.
