In this second roundtable in a series on 'EU Foreign Policy after Lisbon' the LSE's European Foreign Policy Unit invites distinguished policy-makers and scholars to discuss the role and impact of parliaments in EU foreign policy-making.

Mike Gapes is former Chairman of the House of Commons Foreign Affairs Select Committee

Lord Teverson is the Chairman, Sub-Committee C - Foreign Affairs, Defence and Development, House of Lords
