Update Tuesday 20 January 10.15am: This event will now be taking place in the Sheikh Zayed Theatre, New Academic Building.

In Monday's lecture Professor Aghion will lay down the framework to think about growth policy design. On Tuesday he will discuss how policies inducing directed technical change can be designed to maximise sustainable growth. Wednesday's lecture will focus on the relationship between market reforms and trust.

Philippe Aghion is Robert C Waggoner Professor of Economics, Harvard University.

The next Designing Policies for Growth lecture will take place on Wednesday 21 January.
