How 'The London Accord' has focused City Research on Climate Change. This introduction to the London Accord will be followed by a debate on two different approaches to Climate Change - Tax versus Carbon Trading.
Sam Frankhauser is from the MD Strategic Advice IDEA Carbon. Abyd Karmali is the Global Head for Carbon Trading, Merrill Lynch. Professor Michael Mainelli is the Principal Advisor, London Accord & Director of Z/Yen Limited. Ralf Martin is from LSE. Jan-Peter Onstwedder is a Project Director, London Accord & Head of Risk, BP. Martin Wolf is from the Financial Times.
Florian Lennert works at IDEACarbon and is a visiting fellow at LSE's Centre for Environmental Governance and Policy.
