Katinka Barysch is chief economist, Centre for European Reform. Heather Grabbe is a member of the cabinet of EU enlargement commissioner Olli Rehn. Riva Kastoryano is research director at CNRS, Sciences Po, Paris. Kemal Kirisci is professor of political science at Bogazici University, Istanbul.
